Ahi Tuna Poke Recipe


1 large piece of Ahi Tuna
1 heaping tsp of chopped sweet onion
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
drizzle of sesame oil
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 tbsp sesame seeds
dash of red pepper flakes
dash of Hawaiian Black Sea Salt

  1. Chop tuna into about 1/2-1 inch chunks
  2. Add onion, soy sauce and sesame and stir in with tuna
  3. Add ginger, sesame seeds, sea salt and red pepper flakes to mixture
  4. Garnish with chopped green onion or scallion and enjoy!
