Ingredients:
1 large piece of Ahi Tuna
1 heaping tsp of chopped sweet onion
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
drizzle of sesame oil
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 tbsp sesame seeds
dash of red pepper flakes
dash of Hawaiian Black Sea Salt
- Chop tuna into about 1/2-1 inch chunks
- Add onion, soy sauce and sesame and stir in with tuna
- Add ginger, sesame seeds, sea salt and red pepper flakes to mixture
- Garnish with chopped green onion or scallion and enjoy!
