Homemade Pico de Gallo Recipe

1 large white onion chopped
3-4 firm Roma Tomatoes
1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
1 Jalapeno diced (optional)
Sea salt and pepper
Juice from 1 Lime

  1. Chop all vegetables and add to a large bowl.
  2. Add salt, pepper and lime and mix well.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
