Ingredients:
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Pinch of Parsley, Oregano, Basil, Garlic, Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper
1 small shallot, minced
2 cloves of garlic, smashed
- In a mixing bowl, salad dressing shaker or mason jar mix all ingredients together.
- Allow garlic cloves to sit in dressing for at least one hour.
- Shake dressing before using.
