Ingredients:
2 Halibut Steaks
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic minced
2 lemons (juiced)
- Season your Halibut with salt and pepper then add to a plastic storage freezer bag
- Add olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice to taste to the bag
- Seal the bag, removing all air from the bag, and allow it to sit in your refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Coat the bottom of your skillet with olive oil and allow it to heat
- Sear halibut on each side for three minutes
- Brush marinade on top as cooking or pour into skillet
- Optional, drop in 1/4 cup of white wine while cooking
