Fried Deviled Eggs Recipe

Easy homemade Fried Deviled Eggs recipe! Enjoy!

 

Ingredients

6 hard boiled eggs
1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
Vegetable oil

Yolk Mixture
1-2 tsp of Mayo depending on taste (try Hampton Creek Just Mayo!)
1 drizzle Red Wine Vinegar
1 drizzle or 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard (to taste)
Salt and Pepper
1/2 tsp parsley
dash of paprika

  1. Start with six hard boiled eggs and cut in half
  2. Remove egg yolks and add to a mixing bowl
  3. Mix together all yolk ingredients
  4. Snip the corner of a plastic storage bag and add yolk mixture and move to the side
  5. Dip your egg whites into your beaten egg
  6. Drop your eggs in a Pyrex dish with Panko bread crumbs and shake until shells are completely covered
  7. Add about one inch off vegetable oil to a stove top pan and allow it to heat to 350 degrees
  8. Tap off the excess bread crumbs from your eggs and drop into the oil
  9. Allow eggs to cook for three minutes on each side
  10. Move eggs to a paper towel to cool and allow excess oils to drip off
  11. Plate your fried egg whites and fill with your yolk mixture
  12. Garnish with Paprika, Parsley or Green Onions and serve!
