Ingredients:
1 large piece of salmon
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of thyme
4 thin slices of room temperature butter
one lemon (juice)
1-3 cloves chopped fresh garlic (to taste)
About 1-2 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
- Place salmon over a piece of tin foil that is large enough to cover salmon
- Add spices and squeeze lemon juice over salmon
- Sprinkle chopped garlic and parsley over salmon
- Add lemon zest over top of the salmon and fold the foil tucking in all sides to avoid spilling
- Place foil wrap directly on the rack of your oven and cook for 15-20 minutes
- You will know the salmon is cooked when it easily flakes
- Enjoy!
*If cooking on the grill place the foil directly onto the grill and close the top. Cook for the same amount of time until the salmon easily flakes and pulls apart.
