Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges Recipe


3-4 Russet Potatoes
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Garlic powder to taste
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of parsley (to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp malt vinegar

  1. Scrub your potatoes until they are clean and chop in half and then into threes
  2. Mix Parmesan, garlic, oregano, parsley and salt and pepper in a large bowl until evenly distributed
  3. In a separate mixing bowl have 2 eggs (depending on size of potatoes)
  4. Add malt vinegar directly to the egg and whisk together
  5. Toss potatoes in egg wash and pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees
  6. Place a rack over a sheet pan and spray with cooking spray
  7. Toss a few potatoes at a time into your spice mixture and place on rack
  8. Cook potatoes in the oven for 40 minutes until golden brown and soft
  9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
