Ingredients
3-4 Russet Potatoes
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Garlic powder to taste
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of parsley (to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp malt vinegar
- Scrub your potatoes until they are clean and chop in half and then into threes
- Mix Parmesan, garlic, oregano, parsley and salt and pepper in a large bowl until evenly distributed
- In a separate mixing bowl have 2 eggs (depending on size of potatoes)
- Add malt vinegar directly to the egg and whisk together
- Toss potatoes in egg wash and pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees
- Place a rack over a sheet pan and spray with cooking spray
- Toss a few potatoes at a time into your spice mixture and place on rack
- Cook potatoes in the oven for 40 minutes until golden brown and soft
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
