Ingredients:
Brussels Sprouts
1-2 tbsp olive oil
sprinkle of sea salt
3-5 cloves of garlic thin sliced garlic
3/4 cup finely chopped shallots or onions
balsamic glaze to taste
- Wash brussels sprouts thoroughly and slice in half removing any undesirable pieces
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Drizzle sprouts with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and toss together
- Add garlic, shallots and balsamic glaze and toss once again
- Lay out the sprouts on a pan covered in parchment paper in a single layer
- Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes stirring half way through, add more balsamic at this time if desired
- Enjoy!
