Ingredients:
1 large london broil, or other steak sliced thin
marinade of choice
Caitlin’s Homemade Marinade
Soy Sauce
Worcestershire
Honey
Ginger powder
Garlic powder
Ground Mustard
Liquid Smoke
- Preheat your oven to 175 degrees
- Slice steak as thin as possible
- Dip into your favorite marinade
- Tap off excess liquid and poke 3-4 slices onto a skewer
- Set up drip pan below the top rack of your oven
- Line up in your oven and cook for 4-7 hours depending on how thin your steak is sliced
- Once it reached jerky consistency it is complete
