How To Make Beef Jerky In The Oven


1 large london broil, or other steak sliced thin
marinade of choice

Caitlin’s Homemade Marinade
Soy Sauce
Ginger powder
Garlic powder
Ground Mustard
Liquid Smoke

  1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees
  2. Slice steak as thin as possible
  3. Dip into your favorite marinade
  4. Tap off excess liquid and poke 3-4 slices onto a skewer
  5. Set up drip pan below the top rack of your oven
  6. Line up in your oven and cook for 4-7 hours depending on how thin your steak is sliced
  7. Once it reached jerky consistency it is complete
