Simple Homemade Chicken Marsala Recipe


6 thin cut chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic minced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup marsala cooking wine
1 tsp parsley
1/2 cup beef stock

  1. Drizzle a pyrex dish with olive oil and place cutlets in
  2. Add salt and pepper and bake in a 375 degree oven until cooked (you can also cook stove top in large pan)
  3. In a large skillet add olive oil and garlic, saute on medium heat
  4. Add mushrooms to pan and allow to cook for 5-10 minutes until mushrooms release juices
  5. Add Marsala wine to mixture, parsley and salt and pepper
  6. Cook on medium to high heat, stirring occasionally
  7. Add beef stock to mixture and allow to cook for 5-10 more minutes on medium to high heat
  8. Add chicken to pan and allow to simmer for a few more minutes on lowered heat
  9. Serve and enjoy!
