Ingredients:
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 bag of lightly salted popcorn
3 candy canes
1 tsp mint extract
sprinkles if desired
- Add chocolate chips to a double boiler to melt
- Pop your popcorn and add to mixing bowl then add the mint extract
- Crush candy canes in a plastic bag
- Lay popcorn out on baking sheet
- Drizzle white chocolate over popcorn then sprinkle on the candy canes and sprinkles
- Allow to sit for a half hour, break up and enjoy!
