Golden Milk Turmeric Tea Recipe

 

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup almond milk, soy milk, regular milk, coconut milk
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of clove
pinch of ground ginger
pinch of nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp raw honey
1 1/2 tsp turmeric (more or less as desired)
pinch of black pepper
pinch of cayenne pepper of desired

 

  1. Warm your milk stove top
  2. Add all spices, honey and turmeric
  3. Stir all ingredients together well by whisking, stirring or using a hand mixer
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
