Ingredients:
1 lb of your favorite pasta
1 cup of almond milk, or regular milk
2 heaping tbsps of flour
2 cups of your favorite cheese blend (mixed cheddar and colby jack is my fav!)
- Begin to cook pasta as directed
- Add almond milk to pot and shake in flour
- Add cheese blend and whisk continuously until cheese is completely melted and flour is blended in smooth
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Pour over pasta, a little at a time at first, and mix
- Enjoy!
