Ingredients:
1/2 lb macaroni
1 cup of chopped green pepper
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup celery
salt and pepper to taste
tsp. parsley
1 tbsp of malt vinegar
pinch of dry mustard
1/2 cup of mayo
- Cook macaroni pasta as instructed on the box
- Chop all ingredients and add to mixing bowl
- Mix all ingredients together until well blended
- Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving
