Slow Cooker Corned Beef & Cabbage For St. Patrick’s Day

Ingredients: 
1 Corned Beef Brisket
1 head of cabbage
2 small white onions (Chopped)
3-4 Carrots in 3 inch pieces
1 tbsp. butter
1 bottle of beer
1 cup water
Celery Salt to taste
Spice packet from package
Additional Coriander

  1. Chop carrots and onion
  2. Add butter first, then the remainder of your ingredients to the crock pot except the cabbage
  3. Allow to cook for 4-5 hours on high and 8 hours minimum on low
  4. Slice cabbage and add for last hour of cooking
  5. Enjoy!
