Ingredients:
2 – 8 ounces of cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2-3 tbsp vanilla
1 cup melted butter
2 cups graham crackers mashed up
1-2 cups chocolate chips
Strawberry Sauce ~
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
chopped fresh strawberries (Frozen can be used also)
- Mix together cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla and beat until well blended
- Add butter to graham crackers and mix
- Press graham mixture into a pie plate until evenly spread through out dish
- In a double boiler melt chocolate chips
- Spread thin layer over the crust evenly
- Spread cheesecake mixture evenly over chocolate, cover and place in the refrigerator
- Add all strawberry sauce ingredients to pot and let simmer on medium to high heat covered for 10-15 minutes until strawberries cook down slightly
- Refrigerate until serving
- Allow cheesecake to chill in fridge for a minimum of 3 hours, overnight is best.
- Serve and enjoy!
