Baked Clams Oreganata Recipe

1 Dozen Clams
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup water
Squirt of lemon juice
Chopped Garlic

1/2 Chopped Onion
2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
Fresh chopped Oregano
Fresh chopped Parsley
1/2 cup shaved Parmesan Cheese
Squirt of lemon juice

  1. Add first set of ingredients into a large pot to steam clams.
  2. Steam covered on medium heat for five to ten minutes until clams open. (Do not force clams open).
  3. Chop garlic and onion and saute stove top with olive oil.
  4. Chop fresh spices and add all ingredients to mixing bowl and blend together.
  5. Remove clams from pot and allow time to cool.
  6. Separate clam meat from shell, discard top half, and place meat back in bottom half of shell.
  7. Top clams with stuffing and drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Cook in a 350 degree oven until topping is browned.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and oregano and lemon juice.
  10. Serve! 🙂
