Sausage Rolls :)

Ingredients: 
Ground Sausage
1/2 Chopped White Onion
1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley
2-3 Cloves Garlic
3/4 Cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese
Pepper
1 Beaten Egg
Package of Puff Pastry

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well distributed
2. Roll out defrosted puff pastry and spread sausage mixture into a log on left side of pastry
3. Roll to the right, tuck in ends to create log
4. Cut log into inch thick slices and lay face up on a pan
5. Brush the outside, especially the end of the rolled pastry with egg wash to stick
6. Cook at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until sausage and puff pastry is cooked
7. Enjoy!
