A Crab Stuffed Mushroom recipe perfect for parties or game day! This recipe is simple to make and one of my favorite ways to kick off a good meal. With no heavy creams, these bite size Crab Stuffed Mushrooms are lighter than other appetizers and are always a hit when served to guests! A perfect, classic appetizer for any time of the year!

1/2 cup picked and drained crab meat
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped white onion
1/2-3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 egg beaten
Parsley and Old Bay to taste
1 package Mushroom Caps
1/2 lemon squeezed
Garlic paste to taste
1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan Cheese
Italian cheese blend for top

  1. Chop all ingredients
  2. Mix together all ingredients including Parmesan cheese, old bay and parsley to taste
  3. Spray the bottom of a pyrex dish
  4. Stuff all mushrooms (overflowing) with stuffing
  5. Smother top with additional cheese blend (Italian cheeses)
  6. Sprinkle additional Old Bay and Parsley to taste
  7. Cook in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until mushrooms looks soft and cheese is melted
