Don’t be tricked by this recipe! These cocktail meatballs are delicious! With only a few simple ingredients, put these balls in your slow cooker and let them simmer together into a tasty masterpiece! With few steps to the recipe and few ingredients this Cocktail Meatball recipe is great for tailgates, game day or any event!
Ingredients:
1 1/2lb total Meatball Mix – Mix of Chop Meat, Veal and Pork
2 Cans of Cube Pineapple
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Cups Ketchup
1 Cup Maple Syrup
Mustard
1 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Salt Pepper
Parsley
1 Egg Beaten
Olive Oil
- Add breadcrumbs to your meat mix
- Add all spices and mix together
- Pour Egg into meatloaf mix and mix together with hands until all ingredients are blended together
- Break away tiny pieces forming ball shapes and brown meatballs stove top before adding to slow cooker
- Add remainder of ingredients to slow cooker
- Cook on high heat covered for 4-5 hours
- Remove cover and put to low hear for last 45 minutes of cooking
- If meatballs begin to fall apart or there is too much liquid turn down to low and uncover
