  1. Amazing! I have been making manicotti with store bought noddles for years (so I already have my own sauce and cheese blend that I love), but I wanted to try making homemade noodles for it. Came across your video on YouTube which was very helpful. Made our crepe noodles and it was seriously the best manicotti I’ve ever had.
